An
artist expresses that which is felt the strongest. Having a Mexican Indian anarcho-syndicalist
father and a German socialist-pacifist mother, my creativity reflects much of
their social commitment toward labor and social causes. There are six billion
of us on this planet and our lives are being dominated by considerably less
than a thousand of our own species, whose economic power supercedes that of
all kings, prime ministers, presidents, dictators, and what have you, who are
only the front men for them. This is a situation that is detrimental, not only
to we humans, but also to all other forms of life that share the earth with
us. To strive to alleviate this situation is the best way to respect Mother
Earth.
